                                                              Meet our Staff

Dail & Millie Lace are the founders and directors of Concepts of Truth, Inc.   Dail serves as President of the Board of Directors and is active in program development, with a special focus on the National Helpline, pastors relations, and business administration.  Dail served our country twenty years in the US Army with two of those in Viet Nam.  He provides the ministry with leadership, structure, and balance.   Millie is the center's professional counselor providing the heart and compassion.  Following a seven year career as a junior high science teacher, Millie received her master’s degree in counseling education and was employed as a school counselor for four years.  She worked in private practice before founding Concepts of Truth in 1998.  Along with the daily duties at the center, Dail and Millie travel the country speaking to governmental leaders, pastors, and churches.  They are also active in their church and lead Bible studies. The couple is passionate about their work and their love for Jesus Christ.  Their dramatic testimony reveals the truth about abortion and the shame that silences those hurting.   Dail and Millie have interviewed on TV and radio. Their professional skills enable them to help churches and others with counseling needs. Their audiences are moved as women and men are coming forward for help and healing as they minister.   The couple has been married 34 years and have two adult sons.  Dail enjoys motorcycling, scuba diving and playing his bass guitar while Millie plays the piano.  Millie is a  singer, songwriter and author who is active in her profession.

Lisa Owens, Office Manager Lisa joined us part time in October, 2008 and went full time in January, 2009 as our office Business Manager.  Lisa is married to John Owens who works at Mueller Industries and is also a part-time police officer.  They have three children.  Lisa loves the Lord and has a heart for ministry.  She  does our bookkeeping and lots of other office duties.

Denise Baxley, Administrative Assistant  Denise has been a volunteer for 5 years and recently became part-time staff.  Denise coordinates the volunteers, takes helpline calls and is active in sharing her personal testimony in churches about the hope for healing after abortion.  Denise has one  son named Thomas and is self-employed when she is not working at the center!

              

A non-profit organization that  relies on charitable contributions, Concepts of Truth, Inc. provides professional counseling , pregnancy consulting and coordinates the National Helpline for Abortion Recovery at     
 1-866-482-LIFE.  

Callers receive free, confidential help with referrals to local resources anywhere in the U.S.  The Helpline is answered 24/7 by caring individuals who have experienced the pain of abortion, have received hope and healing and want to help others.

Concepts of Truth facilitates open adoptions providing the birth mom and adoptive parents professional counseling and care throughout the adoption process.

Our Board is composed of outstanding citizens from the tri-county area.  Our part-time phone consultants are located across the nation.  Many volunteers and pregnancy consultants also help to provide services.
